I was subscribed by the Vodafone staff member on spotify as a free of charge service. This meant to be entertainment pack part of my price plan. However every month I get charged for Charity, Spotify and SKY Sport on my bills. When I call call center in Stoke, Egypt or India they all seems to give a very bad experience. It has taken 3 yrs and still they are struggling to fix this. However they is nobody takes ownership or give a call back.
Cheeky of them is they called me to join Vodafone Broad Band. As if I would leave my current provider Virgin Media who gives me an exceptional service and value my custom.
Please check your bill for additional chargers. I will not recommend this brand
