Ops manager, Daksha wouldn't accept a satnav back because it was bought in other store one day ago and was found unusable and unsafe due to font being too small and couldn't be enlarged. She says it was opened and I cannot take it back as it will come back as a loss to my store. Despite several attempts of me explaining that this item is dangerous and may cause accident on the road she refused to accept it back and replace it with another product. I wasn't after a refund but simply wanted a satnav that's safe to use.
Ops manager and customer service assistant Angie were absolutely atrocious in their service and I will be taking this matter further to head office as they only seem to care about profit and loss and have employees such careless and arrogant people to deliver customer service .... find a different store Avoid This one at all costs...
